Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features lively floral, citrus, and mineral aromas with a palate of pear, crisp apples, honey nectarine, and kumquat. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine.
Winemaking
The 80% Sémillon and 20% Viognier were pressed, fermented, racked, and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle.
