Palate
Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features floral, citrus, and mineral aromas with a palate of pear, crisp apples and honey. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine with a creamy mouthfeel.
Winemaking
The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed, co-fermented and immediately racked and cold stabilized leaving 1% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into the bottle.
