Palate
A lively, fresh and crisp wine featuring orange blossom, pineapple, and mineral aromas with a palate of peach, cantaloupe, tropical fruits, meyer lemons, and creamy honey. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine.
Winemaking
This blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon were pressed, co-fermented, racked, and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle.
