Aging

Our gentle approach and respect for these two varietals allow us to retain the freshness and beauty in these wines during fermentation and barrel aging. Only French oak was used for barrel maturation, and 60% of the final blend was new oak. This provided the wine with an alluring accent of oak, ensuring exceptional structure.
