Julia’s Dazzle Rosé was developed by Long Shadows Vintners founder, Allen Shoup, and named after his granddaughter Julia. Winemaker Gilles Nicault crafts this limited production Rosé having developed his winemaking skills in Provence, the world leader in Rosé. Fresh and lively with bright aromas and flavors of orange blossoms, strawberries, and ripe melon complimented by a racy acidity that lingers across a clean finish.
Michel Rolland, Pomerol vintner and consultant to many of the world's top wineries, provides the vision for this limited release wine. Vibrant and deep in color, with a beautiful array of red and dark berries woven around a hint of well-integrated oak spice and refined tannins. Soft and rich on the mid-palate extending through a lengthy finish that leaves an elegant impression. 82% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% Petit Verdot.
Philippe Melka and Agustin Huneeus, Sr. teamed to combine the traditions of old world winemaking, the advancements of new world technology, and small lots from Washington State's finest vineyards to craft this enticing red blend. The 2017 Pirouette has an expressive nose with a firm core of dark fruit and mocha flavors, displaying a layered concentration of black cherry and well-integrated oak spices. Vibrant and full-bodied across the mid-palate, this is a texturally pleasing wine with a broad and lengthy finish. Left-bank Bordeaux-style blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 13% Malbec and 9% Petit Verdot.
