Rich, full-bodied
flavors of plum jam, berries, spice, coriander, and a hint
of white pepper have a smooth mouth feel. Mocha, fruit,
and spice entwine in the long finish.


All of our Syrah is aged in 60 gallon oak barrels. Of
this 20% is Hungarian oak. Although the same species of
tree as French oak, the flavors imparted to the wine are
quite different. Hungarian oak gives more cookie box
spice, clove, and cardamom than French oak and
compliments the savory, peppery character of Syrah.
