Palate
The resulting 2017 Titan possesses the classic elegance and delicacy of cooler year Oregon Pinot noir. Its softness may require a year in bottle (or some time in the decanter) to show at its peak, but the balanced acidity enhances its aging potential through the next 7–10 years.
Growing Conditions
Short but intense, the 2017 growing season yielded grapes with fully developed flavor, balanced acid structure and normal sugar levels.
