Nose

Clean and fresh with hints of spring meadow, lemon peel, pineapple rind, sunshine.

Palate

Candied lemon zest, D'Anjou pear, stone fruit, medium intensity, bright, long finish.

Growing Conditions

The 2018 growing season was remarkably consistent, with little temperature variation during the warm, dry days and cool nights. This (and our volcanic Jory soil) made the Seyval Blanc vines very happy, and they rewarded us with 700 pounds of hefty, generously sized, amber-hued clusters.
