Growing Conditions

● Estate Eidolon Vineyard

● 2014 was very similar vintage to 2013
● Bud break started in early-mid April with bloom in early June, slightly
early for Washington
● August temperatures were slightly cooler, allowing for longer hangtime
with good yields
● Cooler nights in September produced richly structured wines with ripe
flavors that retained high natural acidity

Harvest

● Hand-harvested grapes
● Picked early in the morning

Bottling

● Aug. 10, 2018

Winemaking

● Small lot fermentations in stainless steel tanks
● The cap was manually punched down twice a day
● Up to 21 days of extended maceration pos

Aging

● The wine was aged for 30 months in 100% new French Oak barrels
