Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features floral, citrus, spearmint, and mineral aromas with a palate of crisp granny smith apples, honey, pear, and tangerine. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine with high acid and a creamy mouthfeel.


The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed and co-fermented. The wine was immediately racked and cold stabilized. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into the bottle.
