Nose

Elegant high toned aromatics of toasty oak and subtle leather from new oak intermingle with notes of graham, savory herbs, and cigar box.

Palate

The wine has beautifully restrained fruit with our classic Walla Walla structure that provides a nice texture and transitions to a firm and well balanced mouthfeel.

Harvest

Hand harvested and sorted. 48 hour cold soak, Fermented with Woodward Canyon native yeast in 2 ton stainless steel fermenters.

Winemaking

There is a distinct “expression” or “sense of place” in this wine. Upon its release; the wine will benefit from more bottle aging and with proper cellaring, this wine should age well for ten years or more.

Aging

100% new French Barrels, 27 months.

Appearance

The color is dense and dark.
