Wild strawberries and plum lead on the nose followed by cherry wood and savory meat. The palate is medium-bodied with red and purple fruit and balanced tannins. Red cherry highlights the mid-palate, followed by subtle dry toasted oak notes and herbal character, with a smooth and lingering finish.


Destemmed gently and dropped into 1.5 ton stainless steel bins, cold-soaked 72 hours, inoculated with a variety of yeasts, hand punched 3 times daily, and pressed directly to barrel where the wine finished both primary and secondary fermentations.
