Palate
It presents with classic Grenache notes of garrigue, allspice, dark cherries, tobacco, and strawberries; all of which is backed up by fresh acidity, and a long, lingering finish highlighting the refined tannins and brightness of this great wine.
Redcurrants, seaweed wrapper(nori), flowery incense, and plenty of gamey, peppery nuances give way to a medium-bodied, elegant, ethereal Grenache that has notable purity of fruit, silky yet present tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth and a great finish. It's going to evolve for at least a decade.

Winemaking
The final blend includes about 80% whole cluster, foot stomped bunches. The resulting wine is exotic and aromatic.
Aging
This vintage of the Sorceress was aged for 16 months in all French oak barrels (mostly puncheons). The wine saw mostly neutral oak (only about 20% new French Oak).
Food Pairing
This vintage is age-worthy and will continue to develop over the next decade.
