Palate
Our Estate vineyard blocks make up almost the entirety of this incredible wine. It has aromas and flavors of exotic spices, wet earth, anise, a hint of cedar, flowers, and fresh picked herbs, along with black cherries, blueberries, and plums. The terrific acidity keeps this wine fresh through to the long, lingering finish. The tannins are completely integrated.
An elegant wine that has pretty blue fruits, spring flowers, and forest floor notes. It’s medium to full-bodied, seamless, and incredibly elegant on the palate, with solid mid-palate depth and present yet ripe tannins.
