Nose
The resulting wine is exotic and aromatic. With dramatic aromatics of roasted meats, bacon fat, and damp earth.
Palate
Awesome notes of blueberries, ground pepper, leafy herbs, crushed violets, and hints of smoked game all flow to a medium to fullbodied, balanced, layered wine that has stunning purity as well as length.
The wine presents flavors of raspberries, blackberries, black cherries, and more roasted meats. The finish is persistent and lengthy, and this wine should age beautifully for the next 10-15 years.
