The tannins are as soft as a thick bed of moss and the
palate echoes the nose with a luxurious underlayer dab of black licorice and a dash of salt.
2017 began with cool temperatures followed by a warm hot summer which together produced smaller clusters and moderate yields. Like Spring, September rolled in with cool temperatures allowing for an additional week on the vine. The results are fabulous.
