Nose
Gorgeous aromatics of violets, minerals, black raspberry and incense. Adding to the aromatic complexity are subtle nuances of lavender, thyme and vanilla.
Palate
he palate offers equally dazzling complexity: blackberry, black raspberry, dark chocolate, lavender, black pepper, espresso, earth, minerals and truffles. The fine-grained, supple tannins and high level of glycerol contribute to a rich, seductive mouth feel, while the lively acidity refreshes the palate with each sip. This terroir-driven wine exhibits great length with a stony, mineral- dominant finish.
