Nose

Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with citrus aromas.

Palate

Following the aromas, a layer of minerality
and pear flavors that give way to a crisp, clean finish.

Growing Conditions

The 2015 vintage was one of the warmest growing seasons on record in Washington. Warm temperatures continued through the spring and summer, moderating
slightly into fall and extending an early harvest. Overall, 2015 saw very favorable growing conditions, producing optimal ripening
across varieties and yielding outstanding wines throughout the region.

Winemaking

Upon delivery to the winery, the grapes were pressed quickly but gently. After cold settling, the clean juice was racked off solids and fermentations
were initiated in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks

Aging

Each varietal was fermented and aged separately with blending occurring
just weeks before bottling.
