This means that Heritage is well balanced with firm tannins, crisp acidity and ripe fruit structure, ready for immediate enjoyment.

Heritage comes from two AVAs in teh Columbia Valley, Yakima Valley, primarily from the Browne Family home ranch in Yakima Valley, Canyon Vineyard Ranch. This is selected for its full Cabernet Sauvignon, bright fruit, earthiness and mineral characteristics. And from the Walla Walla Valley AVA, including Bella Terra and Seven Hills Vineyards for the rich fruit and beautiful texture that comes from the deep silt loam soils and warm-growing site.

Fruit is de-stemmed crushed and cold soaked for 24-28 hours for optimal color extraction and concentration, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Aging
