Nose

Dominating the nose are fresh peaches, bosc pear, and a touch of whipped cream from the oak.

Aging

Hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, and then fermented in two stainless steel barrels, one neutral French oak barrel, and one new French oak barrel until dryness. We took this wine through full secondary fermentation, aged it on the lees, and bottled it unfined and unfiltered!
