The palate shows notes of ripe peach, white pear, candied lemon, and anise with balanced acidity and lingering minerality.
Fermentation took place in neutral French Oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation prior to blending. Blended and aged 6 months sur lie. Light fining and cross-flow filtration prior to bottling.
