A 100% varietal syrah sourced from our Estate Eidolon Vineyard, located in the ‘Rocks District’ sub-appellation which perfectly blends savory earthy notes with bright fruits. 

The 2020 Grüner Veltliner is our sixth vintage of this wine and continues to incorporate more of our Estate Balboa Vineyard fruit into the final blend.

Sparkling

Our 2020 Sparkling Rosé, is a blend of Mourvèdre from Canyon’s Vineyard and Grenache from Summit View Vineyard grown and harvested specifically for Rosé wine. 

A 100% varietal Merlot sourced from Waliser Vineyard, located in the ‘Rocks District’ sub-appellation known for minerality and savory flavors. 

Our classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% single varietal from our Estate Eidolon Vineyard, in the ‘Rocks District of Milton-Freewater’ sub appellation of the Walla Walla Valley.

100% Grenache, a late-ripening varietal that excels in the warm, dry conditions of the Walla Walla Valley. The varietal is highly prone to oxidation and because of this is only racked at bottling. 

White Blend

A classic combination of white Rhone varietals, the 2018 White Mith incorporates Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. It is the only white we produce exclusively from Walla Walla Valley fruit.

Grenache-Syrah Blend

A blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre, our 2015 GSM was fermented separately and aged for 12 months before blending. It was aged for an additional 14 months after blending in French Oak
barrels.

This Cab is sourced entirely from our Eidolon estate and is a blend of our favorite barrels of the vintage. It was aged in 100% new French oak barrels for a total of 30 months. It is very limited-production
reserve.

Mourvèdre Blend

Our 2019 Rosé, is a blend of Mourvèdre from Canyon’s Vineyard and Grenache from Summit View Vineyard grown and harvested specifically for Rosé wine.  

A lesser-known Bordeaux varietal, not often seen as a single varietal, the 2016 Carménère continues our tradition of showcasing the unique and complex notes of this once prominent varietal. 

A 100% varietal Sangiovese sourced from Pepper Bridge Vineyard located in the Walla Walla Valley. A fruit-forward style showcasing classic aromas and bright acidity that pairs well with food.

This small-production, single-vineyard, 100% Malbec was grown in the heart of the Rocks District of Milton Freewater. It showcases the elegant minerality of the rocks and the classic fruit-forward character of Malbec. 

Beresan Malbec

This small-production, single-vineyard, 100% Merlot was harvested from our Estate Waliser Vineyard and showcases the unique terroir of the ‘Rocks District’ balanced upon the rich structure of Merlot.


Beresan Merlot

The “Tom Foolery” is an aptly named collaboration between Tom Glase, our director of winemaking, and Tom Waliser, the vineyard manager. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc comes from our Estate Waliser vineyard.

Tom Foolery

100% Grenache, a late-ripening varietal that excels in the warm, dry conditions of the Walla Walla Valley. This wine is not racked during aging to preserve the delicate structure and aromas.

Beresan Grenache

This New World blend is Beresan’s most iconic wine. It brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from our estate vineyard fruit. It highlights the unique terroir of the ‘Rocks District’.
