Palate
The palate shows licorice, dark chocolate, currant, and graphite with lingering ripe tannins.
Harvest
Hand-harvested grapes handpicked early in the morning.
Aging
Small lot fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The cap was manually punched down twice a day. The wine was aged for 14 months in French Oak barrels. Crossflow filtration prior to bottling.
