Well balanced, with mouth-coating tannins, this Cab features bright notes of dark cherry, black currant, and spices, with a long, satisfying finish.

Winemaking

In 2016, we had a one-time chance to grab some Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet. And we are thrilled with the result. In fact, this was the only Cab to receive a Double Gold in the Great Northwest Wine Competition!
