Growing Conditions
This secluded, tiny block on the west side of Red Mountain is very exposed to the elements – a perfect home for Grenache. The grapes show bright aromatics of cranberry, raspberry, and red currant.
Winemaking
Fermented for 17 days.
Aging
Aged 15 months in 2- and 3-year-old, French oak.
