Palate

When I taste this wine I feel like I have just returned from an English countryside hunt to a little cottage in front of a roaring fire. There is a rustic beauty to this 100% Syrah with its huge notes of beef stew, hints of orange blossom and a medium to dark hue. Dark plum, red currant and a wonderful salinity will continue to excite through the entire bottle. Multi layered and complex, this has a long mouthfeel, is very balanced, and is perfect to pair with a variety of Fall dishes.
