You may have tasted our gorgeous 2018 Chardonnay and our "Monster" 2018 Syrah from E'ritage Vineyard at some point and this Cabernet follows suit with enticing aromas of black cherry, bakers chocolate, and a hint of sagebrush followed by a palate of bright and mouthwatering blackberries, cherries, and Damson plums. It's a cornucopia of mixed dark fruits with the tannins you would expect from a big Cab. An age worthy wine that will pair well with any cut of red meat!

This wine will take you back to Grandma's kitchen when she makes fresh apple pie. On the nose, it's all Granny Smith apples, newly peeled and sliced. The flavors are fresh on the front of the palate with notes of lemon-lime, minerals, and white flowers followed by a mouthful of warm melon...similar to what you experience when you cut open a cantaloupe from your garden on a warm summer day. Decant for an hour while it's young.

What a dark and brooding monster of a Syrah! The deepest purple to almost black in color, one can anticipate the aromas of dried, cured meat, black and blue fruits, and the subtle funk of an olive tapenade. Powerful on the palate, this wine is full-bodied, rich and smooth with all of the purple fruits and flowers...plums, blackberries, violets all intertwined with the goodness of what you experienced on the nose. Combine that with a lovely, long finish and this beast turns into quite a beauty.
