Marked by restraint, a sophisticated palate presents delicious plum, black cherry and underlying currant with subtle yet distinguished layers of violet, graphite and cedar wood spice that also define a lingering finish drizzled in Kirsch.

2018 provided another fine Walla Walla Valley vintage. Shaped by a cool spring, hot July, and moderate fall days with cool nights, the Valley’s Merlot produced smaller berries from medium size clusters.
