Nose

Black currant, baked plum and cherry greet the nose with fragrant rose petal attar, baking spice and hints of herb.

Palate

Fine tannins carry the plum and black currant to a mid-palate of cherry and fig. Shadows of wood toast cover a finishing trail of dark cherry.

A relatively cool 2017 fall, proceeded by summer’s very warm temperatures, favored extended Cabernet Sauvignon phenolic ripening.
