Nose
Dusty and earthy, there are aromatics of red flowers and forest floor that lead to flavors of dried apple, fruit leather and allspice.
Palate
This wine has robust tannins with a balanced acid maintaining full fruit flavor. It finishes with sweet alcohol, mixed berry and Santa Rosa plum.
Aging
25 months in barrel, 40% New French Oak.
