Brook & Bull Cellars is Ashley Trout’s latest winery and is a return to her roots of varietal driven, nuanced, and intricately balanced wines. Sourcing from top vineyard sites, Ashley crafts wines that reflect her palate and can be appreciated now or aged over the next decade. Whether it’s conversation or dinner, these wines will undoubtedly pair well.
Brook & Bull wines are hand-crafted from vine to bottle, made with small fruit lots sourced from carefully tended vineyards . From alcohol to acid, phenolics to tannin, balance is always our goal. Our reds tend to age nicely through year eight, while whites and rosés trend closer to the three to four-year mark.
We are a 2,000-case winery located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Walla Walla Valley, situated on the famed Southside in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. With sweeping views, vineyard vistas and hugged by historic wheat fields, our tasting room is a lovely spot to spend the afternoon. The long days, never-ending sunsets, and cool nights that grace this gorgeous land lend themselves to both legendary grape growing as well as an amazing experience sipping wine on our patio.
