Growing Conditions

The wine uses 100% Grenache fruit from Cockburn Ranch, a vineyard located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains at an elevation of 1,200 feet. It features silt loam soil, good drainage, and southeast exposure yielding one of the highest quality wine grapes in the valley.

Aging

he wine was racked twice and aged for 18 months in a six-year-old, 500-liter American barrel.
