Nose
This full bodied red wine shows strong aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries, and blackberries.
Palate
Flavors of tobacco, cedar, and black pepper. Very good as a young wine it will become an excellent wine if cellared for at least a couple of years.
Aging
Aged in neutral French and Hungarian barrels.
Food Pairing
Perfect pair for braised short ribs or mushroom stroganoff and, don't be shy to pair with a juicy burger or a meaty pizza!
