Winemaking
Free run juice was collected at the crusher then inoculated with three separate yeasts, fermented using neutral barrels, 75% French & 25% American. Slowly fermented at 60 degrees, carefully handled using only gravity.

A beautiful color of peachy-pinky-salmon .
