Nose
This mouth-watering wine displays aromas of tropical fruit with layers of pineapple, passion fruit and citrus zest balanced with delicate floral notes.
Palate
In the mouth the tropical fruits are carried through and joined by pear, lemongrass and kaffir lime. The wine is held together on a backbone of crisp acidity and luscious texture. Enjoy well chilled.

Aging
100% Stainless – Sauvignon Blanc. Sur lie maturation, neutral French oak for four months – Sémillon. Batonnage once a week.
