Palate
Bright acidity is complimented by a wonderful viscosity that makes for a very long finish. Rich notes of butterscotch on the end of the sip. A very complete wine.

Vineyards: Chelle den Millie, Double River Ranch
Aging
100% Stainless – Sauvignon Blanc. Sur lie maturation, neutral French oak for four months – Sémillon. Batonnage once a week.
Appearance
Beautiful, soft golden color with crystal clear clarity that reflects the flavors and the aromas in the wine.
