Nose
On the nose of our 2011 Malbec you will find violet and lavender floral notes with hints of ripe cherry and sweet tobacco. After a while the bouquet also shows aromas of fruit cake, dark chocolate, pencil shavings and cedar.
Palate
The elegant palate is medium-bodied and filled with bright berry fruits, smooth tannins, and just the right amount of acidity for structure. The round, fruit-forward mouth feel explodes in the mid-palate and marries beautifully with soft oak in the finish.

18 months in French oak.
Food Pairing
Our Malbec makes a great food wine and will pair well with lamb curry, roasted venison, and smokey, cured beef.
