Nose

Palate
Tart flavors on the palette. Round mouth feel mingles with bright acidity to finally give way to the red fruit on a very dry finish.
Harvest
Harvested two weeks prior to the actual Syrah harvest to ensure brighter acidity and less sugar.
Winemaking
100% whole cluster pressed Syrah. After pressing, the juice stays in contact with the skins for a minimal amount of time to produce the color of the wine.
Appearance
Seductive, deep salmon in color with radiant translucency.
