Four Birds is our salute to the magnificent Right Bank wines of Bordeaux. This delicious blend of 60% Merlot 17% Cabernet Franc, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot is silky and layered, with great structure and notes of raspberry, cherry, plum, chocolate, toast, pepper and tea leaf.

Food Pairing

This is a delicious and versatile food wine. Enjoy with a variety of foods such as roast chicken, duck, burgers, pizza.
