Nose

A lovely, floral nose of Bosc pear, white peach, Crenshaw melon, pear tree blossoms, meadow flowers, jasmine, and white incense.

Palate

The flavors, as well, are appearing, with notes of peach stone, herbal tea, and alluvial minerals. The back reveals sensations of poire William and peche liquors, melon rind, and touches or hazlenut and crème fresh, followed by a crisp, well-definted finish.
