All balanced with crisp acidity and bright fruit on the palate. Tropical aromas of caramelized pineapple, lemon curd, and pear are followed on the palate with rich flavors of Granny Smith apple pie and citrus, complimented by delicate mineral notes and a lengthy finish.
Aging
Our 2020 Estate Reserve Chardonnay is whole-cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged sur lie for 12 months in 90% new French oak to build.
