Growing Conditions
Harvested from the Menozzi Vineyard that surrounds our home, the 2015 Estate Petit Verdot is an bold, earthly and floral wine consisting of 100% Petit Verdot. Only 1 barrel produced. Allocation only.
The 2015 vintage was characterized as the warmest on record in the Walla Walla Valley. A dry growing season with above average temperatures persisted through the spring and into the fall, leading to an earlier than normal harvest and an abundance of ripe fruit flavors.

Winemaking
The grapes for our Estate Petit Verdot were hand harvested, sorted and fermented in small open-top containers.
Aging
The wine was then aged for 22 months in new and neutral French oak barrels prior to bottling.
