Palate

This red blend explodes with juicy dark berries and black cherry, followed by rich, developed notes of baked plum. On the palate, it’s a flavor adventure: hints of caramel and coffee candy meet a spice box of anise seed, clove, and green peppercorn, all elegantly wrapped in a silky layer of dark chocolate.

Winemaking

A blend of fiver different wines with 50% of the wine from the 2012 vintage and the remainder from the 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016

It’s approachable yet layered, with balanced tannins and vibrant acidity that keep things fresh and lively with a smokey grilled sausage, earthy root vegetables with herbs or BBQ pulled pork sliders.
