Our Sagemoor Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon features ripe red and black plums with rich blackberry and cassis flavors and aromatics that are layered into this complex wine with firm structure and undercurrents of currant. Well-behaved tannins are the hallmark of all Tempus Cabs, and they are framed beautifully here with ripe acidity and a long, lingering finish.
