Inspired by Iberian traditions and the spirit of the PNW, their focus is on varietals like Albariño and Tempranillo, while also introducing hidden gems like Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cão, and Graciano. Denny works closely with their award-winning winemaker, Ali Mayfield, to craft beautiful, elegant wines—layered blends that showcase both classic and rare varietals with balance and complexity.
