The ultra-rich and creamy palate–remarkable for Red Mountain–makes this wine immediately appealing. Soft, tannins provide ample weight without being hard or edgy. The dark fruit flavors of cassis and blackberry flow gently across the palate. The finish is well-balanced and long. We managed the tannins of this wine to assure good structure, despite the hot 2015 vintage.
Our 2015 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby-red in color.
