This 100% single vineyard Yakima Valley Grenache is from Lou’s Block in Angiolina Farm.
Grapes were hand picked and hand sorted into a stainless steel fermentation bin during the early morning hours of October 2nd 2013.
Bottling date August 13th 2015.
During fermentation, 2 times a day, gentle pump-overs and punch-downs were applied.
The wine was aged in 100% neutral oak barrels. Wine barrels were topped every two weeks.
