Nose
The Grenache boasts aromas of blueberry, licorice, violet and exotic spices.
Palate
The texture and silkiness on the palate are seamlessly interwoven with concentrated layers of perfectly ripe tannin and fruit.
Growing Conditions
This 100% single vineyard Yakima Valley Grenache is from Lou’s Block in Angiolina Farm.
Harvest
Grapes were hand picked and hand sorted into a stainless steel fermentation bin during the early morning hours of October 2nd 2013.
Bottling
Bottling date August 13th 2015.
Winemaking
During fermentation, 2 times a day, gentle pump-overs and punch-downs were applied.
Aging
The wine was aged in 100% neutral oak barrels. Wine barrels were topped every two weeks.
