The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is layered in complex, smooth, fine grain tannins revealing aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and dark cherries. Hints of cocoa powder, vanilla, tobacco and leather notes are expressed. The cabernet sauvignon has a flawless rich color, traditional Cabernet Sauvignon mouth feel and is in excellent balance
Growing Conditions
The blend of this cabernet sauvignon is from 3 outstanding vineyards: 33% Seven Hills Vineyard (block 14), 33% Bacchus Vineyard (block 10) and 33% Portteus Vineyard (old block).
Aging
Aged 22 months in 50% new French oak.
