Dark purple flavors lead to a smooth, silky package of plum, black cherry, blueberry and blackberry that lasts on the palate. Bright cherry, blackberry and cocoa powder are featured on the forever and beyond finish.

Winemaking
Carefully sorted and De-stemmed with no crushing, and gravity fed into 4 and 1/2 ton fermenters. Our standard fermentation lasts 30 days, after which the free run wine is separated from the press fraction.
Aging
18 Months in 57% new oak. 43% French, 43% American & 14% Hungarian
