Nose
It offers a subtle, floral and refined nose - silky, feminine and certainly plush.
Palate
Cedar spice and rich blackberry blend with fig, and cassis. The finish is earthy, tobacco and currant with just a trace of black pepper Drink through 2020.

Winemaking
Cabernet Franc grapes were hand picked, sorted and lightly crushed into one ton open fermenters. Two separate yeast types were used and the cap was punched by hand twice per day. After a 21 day fermentation the free run juice was drained off and the skins were gently pressed. Only 4 barrels of this wine was made.

18 months; 50% French, 50% American
Appearance
Big and inky-black in the glass.
